POINT TECH CO., LTD. is a Korean manufacturer specializing in precision live centers and face drivers mounted on the tailstock of CNC and conventional lathes. Founded in 1984 as GIGONG SERVICE CO., LTD and renamed POINTTECH in 2000, the company's goal is to provide high-quality live and dead centers at the lowest price in the market. All products are sold throughout the world through its sales representatives.
Each POINTTECH center is manufactured to achieve 100% customer satisfaction; the company sells not only high-quality products but also its pride to customers. To ensure the highest quality available in the market, every center is tested at least four times before shipment.

Quality System
Every POINTTECH center is built to achieve 100% customer satisfaction and is tested at least four times before shipment. The spindle is heat-treated to HRC60±2 to resist repeated load and wear, while precision-grade bearings and multi-seal construction maintain rotational accuracy (run-out / TIR) within 0.003mm even under high-speed, high-load conditions.
The rotational accuracy and service life of a live center depend heavily on heat-treatment hardness and bearing/seal design. Selecting the series suited to the operating environment (coolant, chips, high RPM) is essential to sustaining the catalog-rated performance.
